During COVID-19, as an emergency Blue Can Water™ authorized Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) federal reseller from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, KOCOL LLC supplied Blue Can Water™ to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Bath Community Hospital and to the City of Clearwater, FL Fire Department.   


 The ZWATER™ brand was created by John in 2018 when he acquired ZWATER.COM™. Given that the letter Z is last, he thought of the tagline: End of the line for plastic?™ in 2025.
